Firm Capital Apartment REIT Proposing to Change Name to Northvest Financial Trust
Firm Capital Apartment REIT (FCA-UN.V) said Thursday after trade that it intends to change its name to Northvest Financial Trust, to more accurately reflects its current business model.The name change is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, the REIT said.Firm Capital said second-quarter adjusted funds from operations was $7,683, compared with $300,732 in the prior year period.
