ExGen Resources Closes Acquisition of Lithium Properties in Nevada

ExGen Resources (EXG.V) completed the acquisition of an interest in three lithium properties in Nevada, including claims pursuant to two option agreements, and other associated assets, from an arm's length private company and its unit, it said in a statement on Thursday.The company acquired an option to buy certain claims comprising the Spark South lithium property, pursuant to an asset purchase agreement between ExGen and the vendors dated April 29. ExGen also acquired options to buy two additional properties providing exposure to two other prospective lithium districts in Nevada, pursuant to the purchase agreement.Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at C$0.10 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
