Earthworks Industries Closes Acquisition of Critical Minerals Recycling and Recovery System
Earthworks Industries (EWK.V) on Monday closed the acquisition of a Critical Minerals Recycling and Recovery System from Wokaura Art & Innovations.The company issued two-million shares to Wokaura, subject to a 4-month hold period.It also issued one-million shares into escrow that will be released to Wokaura one year from the date of TSX Venture Exchange approval, and one-million shares that will be released two years from the date of TSX Venture Exchange approval, stated Earthworks.The TSX Venture Exchange approval was received on May 14, it added."Earthworks will now move forward to secure its first location, procure equipment, source feedstock, obtain any requisite permitting, align strategic partnerships, and complete pilot facility development activities related to its first recycling operation," Earthworks said.The company's shares were last seen unchanged at C$0.035 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
