Elong Power Reports Change to Reverse Stock Split Effective Date
Elong Power (ELPW) reported Thursday a change in the effective date of its one-for-45 reverse stock split to help maintain compliance with Nasdaq's closing bid price requirement.The reverse stock split will take effect at the market open on Aug. 10, the company said.
