Euronet Worldwide to Acquire Spanish Fintech Firm PaynoPain

Euronet Worldwide (EEFT) said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Spanish fintech firm PaynoPain.Financial terms were not disclosed.As part of the acquisition, Euronet said it will integrate PaynoPain's payment service provider license into its Merchant Services platform, enhancing its regulatory and operational capabilities in the region.The transaction is expected to close in Q3, the company said.Euronet shares were 1% higher in Tuesday trading.Price: $70.59, Change: $+0.13, Percent Change: +0.18%
