Splash Beverage to Rebrand as Endovia Health Sciences
Splash Beverage (SBEV) said Wednesday it plans to change its corporate name to Endovia Health Sciences, effective Aug. 21, to reflect its transition to a cannabinoid-focused health sciences company.The company said it will also adopt the ticker symbol "EDVA" and launch a new corporate website as part of the rebranding.Splash Beverage shares were up more than 5% in Wednesday trading.Price: $0.37, Change: $+0.02, Percent Change: +5.14%
