Editas Medicine Prices Public Offering of Shares, Warrants
Editas Medicine (EDIT) said Tuesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of 55.6 million common shares and accompanying warrants at a combined public offering price of $2.25 per share and warrant.Gross proceeds are estimated to be about $125 million. The company. said it could receive an additional $194.4 million if all accompanying warrants are exercised, bringing the potential gross proceeds to about $319.4 million.The offering is expected to close around Wednesday, subject to customary closing conditions.Price: $2.82, Change: $+0.06, Percent Change: +1.99%
