Digital Asset Acquisition (DAAQ) said late Thursday it has postponed its shareholder meeting to Aug. 14 from July 31 to vote on its proposed merger with Old Glory, the parent company of Old Glory Bank.The deadline for public shareholders to submit redemption requests in connection with the transaction was July 29.Shares of Digital Asset rose more than 4% in recent premarket trading Friday.Price: $8.75, Change: $+0.35, Percent Change: +4.16%
