Corcel Exploration to Raise C$1.5 Million Via Non-Brokered Private Placement
Corcel Exploration (CRCL.CN) plans to raise C$1.5 million through a non-brokered private placement, it said in a statement on Monday.The offering will consist of up to 15-million units at C$0.10 apiece. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to buy a share for C$0.20 for a two-year period following the closing date.Proceeds will be used for exploration and working capital needs, it said. Corcel expects closing of the offering to occur on or about Sept. 30.Shares of the company were last seen down 17% at C$0.095 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.Price: $0.10, Change: $-0.02, Percent Change: -17.39%
