Talisker Resources Expands Bralorne Project After Acquiring Ben Nevis Property
Talisker Resources (TSK.TO) has acquired the Ben Nevis property located near its Bralorne gold project in British Columbia from Coast Copper (COCO.V).Ben Nevis comprises 10,404.15 hectares, expanding Bralorne to 24,000 hectares spanning a 40-kilometer long mineralized district, Talisker said Monday.Talisker said it paid C$125,000 in cash for the property and issued 211,864 common shares. It also agreed to spend at least C$300,000 on exploration within three years and make contingent payments of C$100,000.
