Cummins to Supply Natural Gas Generators for Texas Data Center
Cummins (CMI) said Tuesday it reached an agreement with Circe Energy to supply natural gas-powered generator sets for a behind-the-meter microgrid supporting a high-performance computing data center in Texas.Financial details weren't disclosed.Under the agreement, Cummins will supply a series of high-power, high-efficiency HSK78 and QSK60 natural gas generator sets for the scalable prime-power microgrid, with deliveries scheduled from 2026 through 2030.Shares of Cummins were up 2.5% in Tuesday trading.Price: $697.20, Change: $+17.49, Percent Change: +2.57%
