Technology stocks were steady pre-bell Thursday, with the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) inactive and the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up a slight 0.1%.Cisco Systems (CSCO) shares were down more than 7% even after the company posted higher fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings and revenue.Cellebrite DI (CLBT) stock fell more than 30% after the company reported a decline in Q2 non-GAAP earnings, and issued Q3 revenue outlook below analysts' expectations.IBM (IBM) shares were up more than 1% after the company said it has entered a partnership with OpenAI to help enterprises deploy AI across core business operations, modernize workflows and strengthen cybersecurity.
