Cibus Real Estate Issues SEK700 Million Senior Green Notes
Real estate company Cibus Real Estate (CIBUS.ST) issued senior unsecured green floating rate notes worth 700 million kronor under its medium term note program.The notes, due Jan. 11, 2031, carry a floating interest rate of three-month Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate plus 210 basis points, according to a Wednesday release. They will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm's sustainable bond list.
