Cantor Equity Partners II's Proposed Merger Partner Securitize Expands Tokenized Fund to Solana
Securitize, which has announced a proposed business combination with Cantor Equity Partners II (CEPT), has expanded its Securitize Tokenized AAA CLO Fund to Solana, the company said Friday.Ethena Labs also plans to allocate $250 million to the fund, Securitize said.The tokenized fund, which is dedicated to AAA-rated collateralized loan obligations, was developed in collaboration with Bank of New York Mellon (BNY), which serves as the custodian for the fund's underlying assets, according to the statement.Eligible investors are able to subscribe to the fund through Securitize's regulated platform, with shares issued as digital securities, the statement said.Price: $11.71, Change: $-0.05, Percent Change: -0.43%
