Casa Minerals to Raise up to CA$4 Million in Private Placement of Share Units

Casa Minerals (CASA.V) said Wednesday that it plans to raise up to CA$4 million through a private placement of flow-through (FT) and non-flow-through (NFT) units.The company will issue 25-million FT units priced at CA$0.10 apiece, for CA$2.5 million proceeds. Each FT unit will consist of a FT share and half of a two-year NFT warrant to buy a NFT share for CA$0.10.Casa will also issue 21.43-million NFT units at CA$0.07 each, to raise CA$1.5 million. Each unit will consist of a share and a two-year warrant to buy a share for CA$0.125.Casa Minerals shares were last seen up CA$0.005 to CA$0.075 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
