Banyan Gold Intersects High-Grade Gold Zone At Powerline Deposit In Yukon
Banyan Gold (BYN.V) intersected high-grade gold mineralization in the Powerline deposit located southwest of the main high-grade core at the AurMac project in Yukon, Canada. Results from the New Powerline southwest zone include 13.00 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 9.2 meters within 5.58 g/t gold over 21.7 m, including a high-grade interval of 62.66 g/t gold over 1.8 m and 1.64 g/t gold over 11.5 m."This very high-grade skarn-hosted mineralization demonstrates the potential to discover and develop new mineralized zones at Powerline and AurMac in addition to high-grade domains associated with sheeted quartz veins," chief executive Tara Christie said."We are consistently intersecting visible gold as we are targeting high grade mineralized domains," Christie added.
