Bending Spoons Shares Jump in Nasdaq Debut After IPO
Bending Spoons (BSP) shares jumped 22% to $35.45 in their Nasdaq debut Wednesday.The stock opened at $31 and rose as high as $36.07.The technology company priced its initial public offering of about 58 million shares at $29 each. Underwriters were granted a 30-day option to purchase an additional 5.24 million shares from the company and 3.45 million shares from selling shareholders, Bending Spoons said.The offering is expected to close Thursday.Price: $35.45, Change: $+6.45, Percent Change: +22.24%
