Kiaasa Retail's CFO Resigns; Shares Up 5%
Apparel retailer Kiaasa Retail (BOM:544711) said its chief financial officer, Sumit Agrawal, has resigned from the position, effective April 30, according to a Friday filing to the BSE.He cited a need to relocate to his native place for family reasons as the primary driver for his departure, the filing said.The company's shares were up 5% in recent trade.
