Studds Accessories Board Approves Incorporation of Italy Subsidiary
Studds Accessories (NSE:STUDDS, BOM:544599) said its board has approved incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Italy, replacing the earlier plan to set up the entity in Spain, according to a Wednesday filing on Indian bourses.Shares of the company fell 1% in Thursday's trade.The proposed subsidiary will handle import, distribution, marketing and sales of the company's products in Europe, the filing said.The incorporation is subject to necessary regulatory approvals, it added.
