Anlon Healthcare (NSE:AHCL, BOM:544497) allotted 265.8 million bonus equity shares of 2 rupees each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares, in the proportion of 1:1, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.Following the allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased to 1.06 billion rupees, divided into 531.5 million equity shares of 2 rupees each.The company's shares were down over 6% in recent trade.
