Atal Realtech Unit Becomes Partner in Infrastructure LLP; Shares Slip 6%
Atal Realtech (NSE:ATALREAL, BOM:543911) unit Atal Realty has become a partner in newly-incorporated limited liability partnership Arika Lifespaces.Shares of Atal Realtech were down over 6% in Tuesday afternoon trading.Of the total 500,000 Indian rupee contribution in Arika Lifespaces, Atal Realty contributed 150,000 rupees, representing a 30% stake.Arika Lifespaces has been incorporated on Sept. 19 to carry on the business of contractors, builders, infrastructure developers, estate developers, and other ancillary activities.
