Sudarshan Pharma Industries CFO Resigns; Shares up 3%
Sudarshan Pharma Industries Ltd (BOM:543828) said its chief financial officer Sachin Mehta has resigned from the role, effective May 1, according to an Indian bourse filing on Friday.Shares of the company rose nearly 3% in Monday's trade.Mehta will continue to serve as joint managing director of the company, the filing said.
