Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC (NSE:ABSLAMC, BOM:543374) consolidated net profit dropped to 1.87 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter, from 2.28 billion rupees a year ago, according to an Indian bourse filing on Thursday.Earnings per share for the quarter ended March 31 slipped to 6.46 rupees, from 7.89 rupees a year earlier.The company's revenue from operations increased year on year to 4.58 billion rupees from 4.29 billion rupees.Aditya Birla Sun Life's board recommended a dividend of 25.50 rupees per share for fiscal year ended March 31, the filing said.Shares of the company rose 3% in after-market hour.
