Nazara Technologies Names New CEO; Incumbent to Remain Managing Director
Nazara Technologies (BOM:543280, NSE:NAZARA) said Chief Executive Officer Nitish Mittersain will step down from the role on Sept. 1, while continuing as managing director, according to a Monday exchange filing.The board appointed Raymond Albaladejo Stauffer as CEO effective Sept. 1, or such later date as may be determined upon receipt of the required regulatory and statutory approvals.Stauffer is a former Google executive and founder of gaming companies Bluetile Games and BestPlay Systems, the filing stated.Separately, Nazara allotted 900,000 equity shares to Founders Collective Fund following the conversion of an equal number of warrants.Following the allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to 384.7 million shares from 383.8 million shares, the filing said.
