Stove Kraft Appoints CFO
Stove Kraft (NSE:STOVEKRAFT, BOM:543260) appointed vice president for finance, Subhadeep Pal, as the chief financial officer of the company with effect from May 16, according to a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Wednesday.He will succeed Ramakrishna Pendyala, who will step down from the role on May 15.Shares of the kitchen appliances manufacturer were down nearly 2% in recent trade.
