Electronics manufacturer Amber Enterprises India (NSE:AMBER, BOM:540902) has formed a new joint venture entity, IL JIN Technologies, in partnership with Singularity Des Electronics, according to a Saturday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.ILJIN Technologies has been formed to carry on the business of electronics in the fields of medical, defense, and aerospace.The company's subsidiary IL JIN Electronics (India) holds 60% of the equity share capital of ILJIN Technologies, while Singularity owns the remaining 40%.Amber's shares were down over 1% in recent trade.
