IFGL Refractories' Step-Down Czech Subsidiary Ceases Operations After Voluntary Liquidation
IFGL Refractories (NSE:IFGLEXPOR, BOM:540774) said its step-down subsidiary Hofmann Ceramic CZ s.r.o in the Czech Republic has completed voluntary liquidation, effective July 1.Following the completion, the company said the entity has been removed from the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Pilsen, Czech Republic.
