Regency Fincorp Raises INR250 Million Through Debenture Allotment
Regency Fincorp (BOM:540175) raised 250 million Indian rupees through the allotment of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis to LC Capital India, according to a BSE filing on Thursday.The company allotted 25,000 listed, secured, rated, redeemable non-convertible debentures at a coupon rate of 14% per annum.The debentures are proposed to be listed on the BSE and mature on June 23, 2027.The company's shares were up nearly 2% in recent trade.
