AVl Eco Spark, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AVI Polymers (BOM:539288), has launched its smart farming application named "KrishiBuddy", according to a BSE filing on Wednesday.KrishiBuddy is an artificial intelligence-powered smart farming assistant designed to offer agricultural data to smallholder farmers in India.The platform has multiple monetization channels, including a business-to-business agri-input marketplace, premium SaaS subscriptions for large-scale farmer-producer organizations, and the aggregation of agricultural data to facilitate alternative credit scoring for financial institutions and microfinance lenders.The company's shares were up nearly 5% in recent trade.
