VRL Logistics' Profit Declines in Fiscal Q4 Despite Higher Revenue
VRL Logistics' (NSE:VRLLOG, BOM:539118) profit declined to 721.4 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, from 742.7 million rupees a year ago.Earnings per share contracted to 4.12 rupees from 4.25 rupees a year earlier, the logistics company said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Monday.Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4, however, increased to 8.53 billion rupees from 8.09 billion rupees a year ago.The company's shares were down nearly 2% in recent trade.
