RHI Magnesita India Unit Approves Sale of Bhilai Plant Land, Assets
RHI Magnesita India (NSE:RHIM, BOM:534076) said the board of its wholly owned subsidiary, RHI Magnesita India Refractories Ltd., approved the sale of industrial land along with plant and machinery at its Bhilai facility in Chhattisgarh, India, according to a Thursday filing on Indian bourses.The Bhilai manufacturing plant had discontinued operations and was closed effective May 31, 2024, the company said in the filing.
