Indosolar Posts Higher Net Profit in Fiscal Q4; Shares Plummet 5%
Indosolar (NSE:INDOSOLAR, BOM:533257) booked a net profit of 420.0 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter, up from 400.4 million rupees a year ago, according to a filing with the Indian exchanges on Monday.Shares of the company plunged 5% in Tuesday's trade.Earnings per share for the quarter ended March 31 climbed to 10.09 rupees from 9.63 rupees a year earlier.Revenue from operations of the solar module manufacturer slipped year on year to 831.0 million rupees from 1.92 billion rupees, according to the filing.
