Jubilant FoodWorks' Consolidated Profit Rises in Fiscal Q4

Jubilant FoodWorks' (NSE:JUBLFOOD, BOM:533155) consolidated attributable profit rose to 797.9 million rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31 from 480.1 million rupees a year ago.Earnings per share grew to 1.38 rupees from 0.83 rupees a year earlier, the food services company said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Wednesday. The EPS was higher than the 1.04 rupees estimated by the analysts polled by Visible Alpha.Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 also increased to 25.0 billion rupees from 21.0 billion rupees a year ago. This was a tad higher than Visible Alpha's estimate of 24.9 billion rupees.The company's board recommended a dividend of 1.2 rupees per equity share of face value of 2 rupees each for the financial year ended March 31.
