Brigade Enterprises' Consolidated Attributable Profit Slides in Fiscal Q4; EPS, Revenue Miss Estimates
Brigade Enterprises' (NSE:BRIGADE, BOM:532929) consolidated attributable profit declined to 1.45 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, from 2.47 billion rupees a year ago.Earnings per share contracted to 5.94 rupees from 10.32 rupees a year earlier, the real estate developer said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges. The EPS was lower than the 6.67 rupees estimated by the analysts polled by Visible Alpha.Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 remained flat year-on-year at 14.6 billion rupees. This is also lower than Visible Alpha's estimate of 17.2 billion rupees.The company's board recommended a final dividend of 2 rupees per equity share of 10 rupees each for the financial year ended March 31.
