Cella Space Sells Wholly-Owned Subsidiary
Cella Space Ltd (BOM:532701) has sold its wholly-owned subsidiary Vijay Logistics Parks to Aura Space Industrial Warehousing for 163.3 million rupees, according to a BSE filing on Friday.The agreement to sell the subsidiary was signed on March 18.Shares of the warehousing and logistics company rose more than 2% in recent trade.
