JK Paper's Consolidated Net Profit Rises in Fiscal Q4; Shares Up 4%

JK Paper (NSE:JKPAPER, BOM:532162) consolidated attributable net profit increased to 919.8 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31 from 677.5 million rupees a year ago, according to an Indian bourse filing on Monday by the paper manufacturer.Shares of the company rose over 4% in recent trade.Earnings per share climbed to 5.07 rupees compared with the year-ago figure of 3.74 rupees.Net revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 also grew to 19.7 billion rupees from 16.8 billion rupees a year earlier.The company recommended a final dividend of 4 rupees per share for the financial year ended March 31.
