Vashu Bhagnani Industries Invests Nearly INR101 Million in UAE Unit
Vashu Bhagnani Industries (BOM:532011) invested 100.9 million Indian rupees in its UAE unit, Modern Productions FZ LLC, through subscription of 4,419 shares, according to a Wednesday filing on BSE.Shares of the company fell nearly 1% in Thursday's trade.The investment will help improve working capital requirements and expansion into new business activities in real estate, the company said in the filing.The transaction is expected to be completed during fiscal 2027, it added.
