ISF CEO Resigns, Successor Named; Shares Fall 3%
ISF (BOM:526859) appointed Anil Kumar Verma as chief executive officer, effective April 20, according to a same-day filing on BSE.Verma has 23 years of experience across commercial banking, SME lending, portfolio risk management, supply chain finance and fintech-based B2B lending, the filing said.He succeeds Vishal Dang, who resigned due to personal reasons.Shares of the non-banking finance company fell over 3% in recent trade.
