Choksi Laboratories CFO Resigns, Successor Named; Shares Jump 6%
Choksi Laboratories (BOM:526546) appointed Stela Choksi as chief financial officer, with effect from May 18, according to an Indian bourse filing on Monday.Shares of the company jumped over 6% in Tuesday's trade.The appointment follows the resignation of Vyangesh Choksi as CFO due to commitments related to multiple new projects within the company, Choksi Laboratories said in a separate filing. He will continue to serve as whole-time director of the company, it added.
