Aarti Industries Allots Equity Shares Under Stock Option Plan
Aarti Industries (NSE:AARTIIND, BOM:524208) allotted 53,563 equity shares under its Performance Stock Option Plan 2022 on June 5, according to a same-day filing on Indian bourses.The shares have a face value of 5 rupees each and will rank pari passu with existing equity shares, the company said.Following the allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to 362.7 million shares from 362.6 million shares, the filing said.Shares of the company fell nearly 1% in recent trade.
