Pee Cee Cosma Sope Approves Up to INR35 Million Investment in Subsidiary
Pee Cee Cosma Sope (BOM:524136) approved an investment of up to 35 million Indian rupees in its wholly owned subsidiary, India Trading Infra, through subscription to a rights issue, according to an Indian bourse filing on Saturday.Shares of the company fell nearly 1% in Monday's trade.The company plans to subscribe to up to 3.5 million equity shares of 10 rupees each at par, in one or more tranches, the filing said.The investment is aimed at supporting working capital requirements and business expansion of the subsidiary, it said.
