Apcotex Industries Completes INR34 Million Stake Acquisition in Power Producer
Apcotex Industries (NSE:APCOTEXIND, BOM:523694) said it has completed acquisition of a 3.4 million equity shares, or a 5.12% stake, in Opera Vayu Narmada for 33.8 million Indian rupees, according to a Thursday filing on Indian bourses.Shares of the company fell over 1% in Friday's trade.The investment is aimed at acquiring captive consumption of hybrid power, the filing said.
