Indbank Merchant Banking's Net Profit Edges Higher in Fiscal Q4; Shares Fall 4%
Indbank Merchant Banking Services (NSE:INDBANK, BOM:511473) said its net profit inched up to 12.1 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter from 11.4 million rupees a year ago, according to a Monday filing with the Indian stock exchanges.Shares of the company fell nearly 4% in Tuesday's trade.Earnings per share for the quarter ended March 31 edged up to 0.27 rupees from 0.26 rupees a year earlier.Total revenue from operations of the company rose year on year to 58.9 million rupees from 53.1 million rupees, the filing said.
