Huhtamaki India Appoints CFO
Huhtamaki India (NSE:HUHTAMAKI, BOM:509820) said its board has approved the appointment of Amit Gupta as chief financial officer and key managerial personnel, effective April 28, according to a Monday filing on Indian bourses.Shares of the company fell over 1% in Tuesday's trade.Anil Kaul, who had been serving as interim CFO since Feb. 27, will cease to hold the position from April 27 and will return to his earlier role as finance controller, the company said in the filing.
