Visaka Industries Appoints CFO
Fiber cement sheets manufacturer Visaka Industries (NSE:VISAKAIND, BOM:509055) has appointed Ramakrishna Pendyala as chief financial officer of the company with effect from June 20, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.The company's shares were down over 2% in early trade on Tuesday.Pendyala will take over from S. Shafiulla, who will retire from the position on June 19.
