Finkurve Financial Services Plans to Raise Up To INR750 Million Through Debenture Issue; Shares Up 5%
Finkurve Financial Services Ltd (NSE:FINKURVE, BOM:508954) has received board approval to raise up to 750 million Indian rupees through the issue of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.The issue will have a base size of 500 million rupees and a green shoe option of 250 million rupees of debentures with a face value of 10,000 rupees each.The debentures carrying a coupon rate of 11.33% will be allotted on May 14 and mature on Aug. 13, 2028. They are proposed to be listed on the BSE.The company's shares were up nearly 5% in recent trade.
