Ashok Leyland Raises INR3 Billion Through NCDs
Ashok Leyland (NSE:ASHOKLEY, BOM:500477) raised 3 billion Indian rupees through the issue of 30,000 non-convertible debentures.The unsecured, listed, rated, redeemable, non-cumulative NCDs carry a fixed coupon of 7.5% a year and will mature on Aug. 10, 2028, according to a Monday filing on Indian bourses. The bonds will be listed on the National Stock Exchange's Wholesale Debt Market segment.Shares of the company were down nearly 1% in recent trade.
