Beckett's Appoints Manish Kshatriya as Interim CEO as Larry Weintraub Resigns
Beckett's (BKTS.CN) on Monday said it appointed current Chief Financial Officer Manish Kshatriya as its Interim Chief Executive following the resignation of Larry Weintraub from the role of CEO.,The beverage company said Kshatriya will continue to serve as CFO. Weintraub entered into an advisory agreement with the company to continue to provide advisory services to support the transition and ongoing business operations."We are pleased that Larry will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity. Manish brings extensive executive management and capital markets experience, and we are confident in his ability to lead the company through this transition," board chair Theodore Zittell said in a release.Shares of Beckett's were last seen unchanged at C$0.01 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
