X Bioscience Subsidiary Disposes of Entire Stake in Eastern Cuisine (Thailand)
X Bioscience (BKK:XBIO) subsidiary, Food Holding, disposed of its entire 100% stake in Eastern Cuisine (Thailand), according to a Tuesday filing with the Thailand Exchange.The transaction amounts to the disposal of 14 million shares to Arthit Kitsanapiyawan for 0.0715 baht per share, for not more than 1 million baht.Following the transaction, Eastern Cuisine has ceased to be the food and beverage company's indirect subsidiary.
