UBA Bags Contract for Bangkok Water Treatment Plant; Shares Up 4%
Utility Business Alliance or UBA (BKK:UBA) signed a contract for the operation, maintenance and management services at the Din Daeng Water Environment Control Plant, according to a Thursday filing with the Thailand Exchange.The contract, awarded by the Department of Drainage and Sewerage, is valued at 1.05 billion baht and runs for five years, starting July 8.Shares of the water and wastewater management services company rose 4% in recent trade.
